The User can use this section of the Website to keep records of his personal yachting experiences. The use of this section is non-obligatory and at User’s discretion. The User can fill in freely the following information Experience Title, Destinations, Yacht Name, Yacht length, Year cruised and Description. This information is solely reserved to the User. The User can share this information with any thirds party at his own will by pressing the buttom “Share”. The information will be sent to the recipient as a link of pdf designed by the Company and with company’s logo on it. In no case the Company can share this information with any third party.  The Company has rights to analyse this information solely in regards to provide each member with best experiences and services.

The User of this Website, who fill in the current form agrees to be a potential client for this particular experience. Some of the nominative information, mentioned as obligatory, which is collected in connection to current form is needed to be presented on behalf of the User – potential client  – to the owner / owner’s representative of the concrete yacht. The following information will be transmitted to the owner / owner’s representative of the concrete yacht at the first stage: country of birth or nationality, age, preferred charter date, how many guests, any children below 5 years old., references of previous charter and any other relevant information in the section additional info. On the second stage the name and surname or company name of the potential client will be used for the contract between relevant parties. The exchange of this information is a standard procedure of the yacht charter market.
